  We will discuss deficiencies of the sinks, faucets, drains, diverters, toilets, tubs, hydro-jetted tubs, shower enclosures, shower pans, GFCI's, cabinets, counters, exhaust fans.

Toilets

Cracked tiles floor- Condition, damage
- Functional, flushes properly
- Loose tank or base
- Visible leaks & locations
- Rust or corrosion in tank 

Sinks

Leaky plumbing- Condition, damage
- Adequate water flow at supply and drain
- Faucet, handles, drain, stopper functional
- Hot & Cold reversed
- Supply & drain plumbing condition, improper installation, functional
- Visible leaks & locations
- Counter & Cabinet condition

Air Ventilation & Heating

Bath Tubs
