What is Included in the Electrical Inspection?

  We will discuss deficiencies of the service entrance, grounding, panel & sub panels, branch circuits, outlets & wall switches, GFCI's, AFCI's.

Wiring

Electrical inspection - interior extension cord installed outside as permanent wiring.  This is a shock hazard (notice the rain outside)  - Fixtures, switches and outlets functional
- Damaged, deteriorated or missing outlets, switches or components
 - Evidence of scorching or overheating
- Reversed polarity, open ground or open neutral
- GFCI functions and locations
- Exterior rated boxes, covers and wiring used in applicable locations
- Extension cord improperly used as permanent wiring
