What is Included in the foundation Inspection?


   We will discuss deficiencies of the properties raised foundation or slab, property slope, crawl spaces and basements, floor structuring. Your foundation inspection includes but is not limited to the areas and conditions listed below:

Grading

- Improperly sloped toward foundation or high at foundation
- Earth to wood contact (termite potential)
- Overgrown landscape, foliage touching structure
- Signs of poor drainage, erosion

Slab-on-grade

Raised foundation
