Attic Framing

- Access location
- How inspected (full, partial, limited access)
- Type (finished, unfinished)
- Roof framing type & condition
- Ceiling framing type & condition
- General framing condition (sagging, broken, or unprofessional modifications)
- General condition of roof decking
- Damage, deterioration, stains, rot, mold present
- Active or inactive leaks determined (if possible)
- Vent pipe and other roof terminations (condition, properly installed)
 

Attic ventilation

- Vent & screen condition
- Ventilation adequate or proper
- Power ventilator condition, functional
